so my car heater decided it didn’t want to function anymore the other day.
i have an appointment to get it fixed this morning, but yesterday was pretty interesting on the road.
so i dressed up like an eskimo before i left the house because i knew it was going to suck.

just how bad i really wasn’t prepared for.

over my regular clothes, i had on a long sweater and my winter coat on top of that.
then i had 2 pairs of socks on with my boots, 2 pairs of gloves and a gigantic scarf that, i’m pretty sure if it was laid out could stretch halfway to little falls from here.

anyhow - i got going and as i drove, because i was breathing the windows started to fog up.
i had a teeny tiny bit of hot air coming out of the heater, just like you would in your car if it was set to off but you had the temp set to hot. not much, but it does put out a tiny bit of air.
so when the windows started to fog up, i switched the heater to be on defrost. once the windows cleared up enough for me to peek out through the tiny hole in the frost just above the dash, i put it back onto the floor in an attempt to sorta defrost my toes.

switched those 2 back and forth all the way to work.
and home.

worst part of it all?
it snowed all day long while i was at work.
and you know how much more prone to being frosted over windows get when it’s raining or snowing outside.

so yeah.
i can’t wait to go in this morning and dump off the little red refrigerator.
heat is something i’ve really missed lately.
